HamUpgrade is published by Nitrosoft®. This policy explains the information used by the HamUpgrade app and this website.

The app

HamUpgrade does not require an account, display advertisements, or collect your study answers or progress on our servers. Study progress is stored on your device. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove that progress.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. These services process purchase and entitlement information, such as transaction records and an app-specific identifier, to unlock content and restore purchases. Nitrosoft® does not receive your payment card details. Purchase processing is the only third-party data processing built into the app.

This website

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Azure App Service hosts the site and may process technical connection information such as IP addresses and request times to deliver and protect it. The support endpoint uses temporary abuse counters derived from a keyed hash of your IP address. Those counters expire after two hourly windows; they do not contain your message or email address.

When you ask for support

If you submit the support form, we use your name, email address, platform, and message to respond. The submission is stored in our private Atlassian Jira support queue. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

We keep support information while needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, or removal of your support information, use the support form.

Children

We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian should submit support requests on their behalf.

We may update this policy as the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies this version. Contact Nitrosoft® through the support form with privacy questions.
